Sticks,
cones, skipping ropes, or any other obstacle can be used to teach the
player to control their body while moving backwards, laterally (to the side) and changing directions. In the
video the players are asked to keep their feet shoulder width apart
(feet are under the body) and use small movements to go completely
around the sticks. After the last stick they turn and sprint 5-8 metres to a
cone.
